Levels represent your AI proof of work progression on Talentrik. There are three levels. Level 1 — AI Starter: awarded when you complete your first project. Shows you have taken the first step in documenting your AI capabilities. Level 2 — AI Practitioner: awarded after completing 3 projects. Shows consistent engagement with AI-guided work across multiple contexts. Level 3 — AI Specialist: awarded after completing 6 or more projects with consistently high effort scores. Shows deep, sustained AI capability across a range of marketing challenges. Your current level appears on every proof card you share. As you complete more projects your level advances automatically.

Yes. Sprint 1 of your first project is always free. You see a preview of your proof card after completing it. Sprints 2-6 — which generate your complete shareable proof card — require a one-time payment of ₹599 or an annual Pro subscription.

Approximately 90 minutes across 3-4 sessions. Each sprint takes about 15 minutes. You can stop after any sprint and return exactly where you left off — your progress is always saved.

A sprint is one focused work session within your project. Each sprint has a different interaction type — strategic diagnosis, data analysis, budget planning, pressure scenarios, and more. Each sprint adds one entry to your proof card. There are 6 sprints per project.

Yes. Your progress saves automatically every 30 seconds. You can stop after any sprint and return anytime — the platform picks up exactly where you left off. There is no time limit on completing a project.

You can redo any completed sprint by clicking Edit on the sprint in review mode. Your previous answers are pre-filled so you can refine rather than start from scratch. Your proof card entry updates automatically when you re-complete the sprint.

Guided mode provides more structure — hints, sentence starters, and scaffolding at each step. Independent mode strips all scaffolding and gives you open-ended prompts. Both modes produce the same proof card. You can switch modes between sprints. Guided mode is recommended for your first project.

A proof card is a verified document showing what you worked on, how you thought through the problem, and specifically where your judgement exceeded AI recommendations. It includes your headline insight, a comparison of AI recommendations versus your decisions, capabilities demonstrated, and your final recommendation — all generated automatically from your sprint responses.

Only you can see your proof card by default. When you choose to share it — by copying your unique proof card link — anyone with the link can view it. You control who sees it.

Yes. Every completed proof card gets a unique shareable URL — for example talentrik.com/proof/your-id. Share this link on your resume, LinkedIn, or directly with hiring managers. They can view your full proof card without creating an account.

On your proof card page — click Download PDF. Your browser's print dialog opens with print-optimised formatting. Select Save as PDF as the destination. The PDF includes all sections of your proof card formatted for professional sharing.

₹599 is a one-time payment that unlocks Sprints 2-6 for your current project. You get a complete shareable proof card, a public profile link, and PDF download. It covers one project only.

Pro (₹2,499/year for India, $149/year internationally) gives you unlimited projects, a full proof card for every project, new projects added monthly, employer visibility on your profile, and level progression from AI Starter to AI Specialist.

Payments are non-refundable once sprint access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing paid content — contact us at support@talentrik.com within 48 hours and we will resolve it.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. International payments are accepted for Pro Global ($149/year).

Sprint progress saves automatically every 30 seconds. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If you lose progress — log back in and navigate to your project — the platform restores your last saved state. If you experience repeated saving issues contact support@talentrik.com.
