We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), completing onboarding (role, industry, experience level, goals), and working through projects (your prompts, AI responses, and human layer responses). We also collect payment information processed securely through Razorpay — we never store your card details directly.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to generate personalised project briefs using AI, create your proof card, process payments, send account-related emails, and improve the Talentrik platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Your Proof Card and Public Sharing
When you choose to share your proof card, it becomes accessible via a unique public URL. This URL contains your professional work — not your personal contact details. You control whether your proof card is shared. You can delete your proof card at any time by contacting us at support@talentrik.com.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using a PostgreSQL database with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
5. AI Processing
Talentrik uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate project briefs, provide sprint guidance, and create proof card entries. Your prompts and responses are sent to Anthropic for processing. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy for details on how they handle data.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with Talentrik. We do not use advertising cookies or share data with advertising networks.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data, and export your proof card data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@talentrik.com.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Talentrik after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
