By creating an account and using Talentrik, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of talentrik.com.
2. Description of Service
Talentrik is an AI-guided skill development platform for marketing and growth professionals. Users complete real-world projects with AI assistance and generate verified proof cards documenting their thinking process and decisions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@talentrik.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Talentrik for genuine professional skill development. You must not submit false or fabricated responses to create misleading proof cards. You must not attempt to manipulate or game the platform's assessment system. You must not share your account with others or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
5. Proof Card Integrity
Talentrik's value depends on the integrity of proof cards. By completing a project and generating a proof card, you confirm that your responses represent your genuine thinking and analysis. Deliberately submitting false or copy-pasted responses to generate misleading proof cards may result in account termination.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All prices are listed in INR or USD as shown. Subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted and sprints have been unlocked. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to paid content, contact support@talentrik.com within 48 hours for assistance.
7. Intellectual Property
The Talentrik platform, including its design, code, and project content, is owned by Talentrik. Your proof card content — the responses you write, the insights you document — belongs to you. You grant Talentrik a licence to display your proof card when you choose to share it publicly.
8. AI-Generated Content
Talentrik uses AI to generate project briefs, provide sprint guidance, and help structure proof card entries. AI-generated content is a tool to support your thinking — not a replacement for it. Talentrik does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis or recommendations.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Talentrik is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that proof cards will result in job offers or client wins. We do not guarantee that employers will use or value Talentrik proof cards. The platform is a tool for skill development and documentation — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
Talentrik's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@talentrik.com. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of Talentrik after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
